Following the high performance backlash-less AccuDrives, which have been very well received, we have put on the market higher performance general purpose gear heads the AccuDrives a product of our pursuit of higher cost performance.

High capacity of moment

The capacity of moment of main axis bearings has been substantially upgraded. The adoption of high-rigidity cross roller bearings for the main axes means that not only has the capacity of moment of main axis bearings been substantially improved, but gear surface deflection prevention accuracy has also been measurably enhanced at the same time.
Backlash: 3arc-min or less

A very little backlash downward of 3arc-min has been made possible thanks to the application to the inner teeth of thin, elastic gear manufacturing technology which has been cultivated for the HarmonicDrives.
A high torque capacity more than twice that of conventional

AccuDrives has been made a reality in the new HPG series. This is to say: downsizing from the conventional series is possible.
High efficiency: Upward of 90%

(85% or more for Model No. 14). A high level of efficiency has been made a reality by the adoption of planetary gear of high theoretical efficiency.
Ease of installation.

Equipped as standard with motor installation flanges and one-touch shaft couplings, the installation of commercially available motors has become even easier. Any desired motor can be installed with ease.
Three model numbers: #14, #20 and #32
Available in 4 different speed reduction ratios: 1/5, 1/11, 1/21 and 1/33
Available in two different output specifications: flange output and axis output.

The HPG series is compatible with a motor capacity of up to 30W ~ 750W (up to 4000W depending on speed reduction ratios).
